Once you have placed an order, our growers immediately start to prepare your tree(s) or plant(s) for shipment. Therefore, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our Plant Whisperer Team by phone. Please call (866) 873-3888.

Please allow up to 7 days for processing your order cancellations. Cancellation requests cannot be processed once your order has shipped.
