How does the 3-Year Guarantee work?
The Bower & Branch 3-Year Tree Guarantee must be purchased directly from bowerandbranch.com – it is currently not available for purchase on Costco Next. Please ask a Plant Whisperer for more information on how to purchase the 3-year tree guarantee.
Can you deliver to my house?
Yes we can! We deliver our LARGE trees and plants on our own trucks and with smaller plants, we use common carriers with plant-safe boxes. Only approved professionals are licensed to handle Bower & Branch BIG trees.
Can you ship outside the service area?
At times and in many instances Bower & Branch has the ability to fulfill orders outside our current service area. We will work hard to fulfill all requests.

What do I do if my tree dies?
This is simple! Contact Bower & Branch through email at plantwhisperers@bowerandbranch.com and we will respond to your need quickly to resolve the issue. Our goal is to get your a new tree to you as soon as possible.
Will you hold my order and ship it at a later date?
Bower & Branch trees are available for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted on bowerandbranch.com (i.e winter months). We are able to meet all delivery requests if delayed shipping is requested. We can hold orders for up to one full year until delivery. In many cases special trees and products will be made available for early orders.
Can I order by phone?
Yes! Give us a call at 1-(866) TREE-888 (1-(866) 873-3888) and one of our Plant Whisperers will be happy to assist you. We currently only offer this service on weekdays from 9am to 5pm but feel free to give us a call and leave a message. We will return your call as soon as we can.
What if I do not see the tree I want?
Bower & Branch grows over 500 varieties of trees! In the case where the tree you are looking for is not listed online, please contact us at plantwhisperers@bowerandbranch.com and we will work to fulfill your specific need if at all possible.
Certain trees may not be available for immediate shipment depending on the time of year and season. You can place your order well in advance to make sure your tree is shipped when released.
Does my tree come in a pot?
Yes! Nearly all Bower & Branch Trees are grown in pots. This allows us to ship trees 12 months all-year round. Bower & Branch growers prefer trees in pots over traditional balled trees - but we also grow B&B trees for the super, large material! All shipped on our own specialized trucks.
How do I get a refund?
Our Guarantee program is never for a refund or replacement of the tree but instead for a gift card that can be redeemed online through BowerandBranch.com.
Guarantee is for the amount of the tree purchase only and does not include sales tax, delivery or planting.
This is necessary to remove any chance of program abuse.
How do I get my tree planted?
Ask one of our Plant Whisperers about installation and we can sort this out for you via our Green Glove Planting Services.
I am not in service area, can you still help me?
Bower & Branch is still able to help you in selecting and purchasing a tree - reach out to a Plant Whisperer so we can see where you're located!
Where is my tree grown?
All Bower & Branch trees and plants are grown all over the US. We have licensed growers in development throughout the United States so we can provide perfect trees in all areas in the years to come.
If you ask a Plant Whisperer, they can let you know where on a specific tree or plant!
Does Bower & Branch have a catalog?
Not currently, but we are developing a plan to have seasonal look books for all of our customers.
Our seasonal look book will feature new trees, plants and products... all the inspiration you need for your landscape!
I changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?
At Bower & Branch, we make every effort to fulfill every order with high-quality plants. We understand that occasionally our customers may require order changes or cancellations. Once you have placed an order, our growers immediately start to prepare your tree(s) or plant(s) for shipment. Therefore, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our Plant Whisperer Team by phone. Please call (866) 873-3888.
Order Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of Order Placement Only.
Cancellations and order changes are accepted and confirmed by phone at:

Please allow up to 10 - 14 days for processing your order cancellations. Cancellation requests cannot be processed once your order has shipped.
